Flat Rate Shipping
Flat Rate Shipping (Selected Products Only) offer where you will pay NO MORE than $9.95 for shipping Australia wide with Australia Post.
Some products have been excluded from the flat rate shipping offer due to their large size and weight. These products will have their freight costs displayed on their product page on our site. Shipping costs will be displayed just below the products sale price and may be noted as “ship by weight”, calculated before checking out.
Startrack Express
Startrack Fixed Price Premium service 1-3 business day delivery time METRO areas only. Shipping costs calculated on weight and can range from $24.95 to $139.95. Regional areas are calculated at the same rate but please note they will not receive the same service speed and take much longer then 3 days to deliver.
Orders processed before 11 AM will be shipped same day, orders after 11 will leave the next day.
Shipping Costs
Our shipping costs are normally displayed underneath the sale price on each products web page. The shipping price displayed is for the delivery of one product and may be for example $9.95 delivered and insured Australia wide.
If you are purchasing more than one item the shipping costs are NOT doubled, our shipping works on shipping weight and the more items that you purchase the cheaper the shipping costs becomes per item ordered.
For example if you were to purchase 3 products with an individual shipping cost of $9.95 the total shipping price would more likely be about $24 to $26 and not 3 lots of $9.95.

Conditions for Returns
The following policy applies to all products excluding any products listed on our website that have their own return procedures stated.
All product returns will be assessed on a case by case basis and a request to have a product returned must be done via the Returns Authorisation Form - Click Here, or email to online@strathfieldcarradios.com.au
All returned products must be in as new condition without damage to any of the packaging and contain all original packaging, manuals, accessories and other documentation as supplied by the manufacturer. Any items missing from the returned product will be subject to a replacement charge and deducted from the total refund amount.
Any product returned with damage to the packaging, removal of any bar code or manufacturer's label will be rejected and a handling fee of up to 10 percent may be applied.
Any product returned to us that has been trialled, installed, used or demonstrated may be rejected and a handling fee of up to 10 percent may be applied with all additional costs including the shipping charges for returning the product to you also payable.
All returns are subject to a restocking fee of up to 20 percent of the original sale amount.
All requests for the return of products must be received via email within 7 days of purchase.
Shipping and insurance charges for returns are your responsibility, unless otherwise stated. If a product is returned back to us via our return procedure and you have chosen not to insure your delivery and we refuse to accept the return of the product for any reason you will be responsible for any loss or damage.
Authorised returns will be processed via credit, replacement and or repair at Strathfield Car Radios discretion unless previously arranged.

Strathfield Car Radios is an Authorised Retailer for all the brands we carry including Pioneer, Kenwood, Sony, Clarion, Alpine, JVC to name a few and have been for more than 20 years.
Authorised Australian Approved Products
At Strathfield Car Radios you will not find imported products from overseas, communally known as grey imports. All the products that we list on our site are sourced from Australian distributors and come with complete genuine Australian warranties.
All products purchased through Strathfield Car Radios come supplied with an official Australian manufacturer’s warranty. The terms of the individual warranty are supplied with the product normally on the manufacturer’s warranty card. The manufacturer’s warranty card will generally have details on the length of the warranty and means of obtaining warranty repairs.

We will happily price match with any local competitor’s website. Please send us an online enquiry to confirm that we can match with a particular offer.
Please note price matching usually cannot be guaranteed where:
- The competitors shipping fees significantly exceed ours;
- The competitor’s lower price requires a membership, discount coupon, product bundling or any other form of rebate;

Credit Card Transactions & Rules
Credit card transactions are processed through a secure credit card gateway, all payments are checked and risk assessed on case by case basis through this system.
Due to the high rate of Fraud to protect customers and ourselves we will require photo ID to be sent through for all credit card transactions over $850. Contact will be made with the purchaser before any items will be sent. Please note this is ONLY for transactions over $850.
